Terms of Service

Welcome to ETapri ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including the merchant dashboard, hosted storefronts, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant you are solely responsible for: (a) the legality of products and services you list; (b) accurate pricing, descriptions, and stock; (c) fulfilment, customer service, returns and refunds; (d) compliance with local tax, consumer protection and data-protection laws; and (e) maintaining valid licences (trade licence, VAT registration where applicable).

3. Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance via Stripe. Payment processing fees are charged by the relevant processor (MyFatoorah / Stripe) on a per-transaction basis and are disclosed in the dashboard. We may change fees with 30 days' notice.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Services to sell goods that are illegal, infringe third-party rights, or are prohibited by our payment processors (MyFatoorah, Stripe). You may not upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the Platform. You retain all rights to your product data, customer data and store content. You grant us a limited licence to host, display and process this content solely to provide the Services.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, repeated chargebacks, or to comply with law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ETapri's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless a mandatory consumer law states otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email and require re-acceptance.
