Refund & Cancellation Policy

This default policy applies to all ETapri-hosted stores unless the merchant has published a stricter or more generous policy.
1. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled by the customer free of charge before the merchant marks the order as "packed" or "shipped".
2. Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Perishable goods, custom-made items, intimate apparel, and digital downloads are non-returnable unless faulty.
3. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days; card refunds may take an additional 7–14 days to appear on the customer's statement, depending on the issuing bank.
4. Shipping costs
Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to a merchant error or a faulty product.
5. How to request
Customers should contact the merchant first using the contact details on the storefront. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to support@etapri.shop.
